Michael Bach Nielsen - Director at Copenhagen Corporate Finance
It is with great pleasure that we welcome Michael Bach Nielsen as Director at Copenhagen Corporate Finance.
Michael has more than 20 years of experience in advisory and leadership across industries – from industrial and automation to technology and services – and has completed a wide range of buy- and sell-side mandates, capital raises, and strategic transformations.
As a former partner at Medit Consult, Michael has been lead advisor on multiple transactions in the range of DKK 50–125m with responsibility for the entire process from sell-side preparation and valuation to negotiation and Closing. His experience includes both industrial sales, private-equity transactions and management buy-outs. In addition, he has advised companies in growth and transition phases, including preparation for changes of ownership in family-owned companies and strategic turnarounds in owner-managed manufacturing companies.

- Capital raising and investor onboarding for technology companies with international scaling
- Strategic turnarounds in owner-managed manufacturing companies requiring new financial structures and management models
- Post-merger integrations with a focus on organisation, reporting, and governance

With an academic background from Copenhagen Business School and solid experience as an advisor and board member, Michael helps owners and management teams translate strategy into concrete value – through insight, structure, and execution.
