Exclusive Financial Advisor on the sale of Dediko A/S

Copenhagen Corporate Finance acted as the exclusive financial advisor in connection with the sale of Dediko A/S, a leading Danish provider of IT and cybersecurity solutions, to the Norwegian technology group HAWK Infinity.

Since its inception, Dediko has built a strong market position in Denmark by providing specialized security and IT solutions to both private companies and public institutions.

The company operates as an external strategic partner. Clients' cybersecurity is embedded in Dediko’s DNA. Dediko actively and practically improves their clients' cybersecurity profile, significantly reducing the probability of a successful cyberattack and ensuring manageable consequences in the event of a breach. Dediko is recognized for its expertise within cybersecurity analysis and maturity assessment, as well as the delivery and implementation of related software from the world’s leading vendors. Over the years, a loyal client base and a solid growth platform have been established.

With HAWK Infinity as the new owner, Dediko gains new resources and international reach, which will strengthen the company's development and enable the expansion of both its client base and product portfolio in the coming years. Christian Schmidt, founder and CEO of Dediko A/S, will continue in his role as CEO.
