Assistance with Capital Raising - Second Closing

Copenhagen Corporate Finance has in co-operation with Nordic Eye raised EUR 24m equity in a Second Closing to the already established Nordic/Californian Venture Capital fund. The capital base of the fund amounts to EUR 37m.

Nordic Eye’s primary objective is to generate attractive returns secured through an investment strategy which consist of investing in Nordic and American “early-growth” tech and lifestyle companies with a huge growth potential with an international scope.

Nordic Eye has already realized its first successful exit with Weblife. Nordic Eye has in addition to the exit and the Second Closing increased its portfolio of companies with 4 new extremely interesting investments: Bellabeat, CarBlip, Coinify and Zliide. The current portfolio consists of 11 companies.
