Advice on establishment and capital raising for a new venture fund.

Copenhagen Corporate Finance, in close collaboration with Nordic Eye, has successfully completed the First Closing and raised approximately DKK 100m for the newly established venture capital fund. The initial round of investors consists of experienced business owners and executives who contribute their networks, industry expertise, and more, bolstering a robust deal flow for the fund.

The objective of the venture capital fund is to generate attractive returns. This is achieved by curating an investment portfolio comprising carefully selected Nordic and American early-growth companies within the tech and lifestyle sectors, possessing significant revenue potential and international scalability.
