Copenhagen Corporate Finance has facilitated the sale of the historic hotels Hornbækhus and Villa Strand on behalf of the Seller, including playing a central role in negotiations with potential buyers and providing support during the due diligence process.

Hornbækhus' beautiful premises are currently used as a hotel and conference center, as well as a beach hotel, offering banquet halls, lounges, meeting facilities, common areas, reception, and kitchens catering to conferences and events. The hotel comprises 26 rooms, with a part of the side wing currently unused, offering potential for additional rooms.

Hotel Villa Strand stands as one of Denmark's oldest beach hotels, erected in 1920, situated on Kystvej in Hornbæk's front dune line. With its 16 rooms, the hotel operates as an annex to Hotel Hornbækhus.
