Exclusive financial advisor to Draware A/S in connection with divestment of cyber security company.

Copenhagen Corporate Finance has acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Draware A/S in the sale of its operations to Deloitte, Denmark.

Since 1995, Draware A/S has provided specialized consulting in IT security coupled with sales and installation of software that addresses these concerns.

Draware A/S’ activities leverage an internally developed analysis tool called the 'Danish IT Security Barometer', accurately assessing each company's IT security level while highlighting potential enhancements. Draware's employees possess deep knowledge of various aspects of IT security and the latest software solutions available in the market. This blend of expertise has afforded Draware a strong market position and a loyal customer base.

Consulting and selling software related to IT security represent growing markets, evolving in tandem with the increasing digitization and a heightened focus on ways to bolster IT security and reduce vulnerability to cyber attacks.

Draware A/S' profound expertise and established market position offer Deloitte a robust platform for further growth in the market for IT security solution sales. The acquisition of Draware A/S marks the initial step in building an ecosystem of consultancy, solutions, and software all in one place.
