Capital raising

Copenhagen Corporate Finance has acted as financial advisor to Viramal Ltd. in raising capital from new and existing Danish investors during Spring 2018 targeting the company's continued growth. 

Viramal is a pharmaceutical company focused on improving the standard of living for millions of women and with profitable growth opportunities based on a valuable technology platform and several interesting pharmaceutical products under development. The first license agreement has been concluded.

Viramal is located in London, UK with a strong link to Denmark through Danish CMO and cooperation with Danish companies.

Copenhagen Corporate Finance has facilitated the process and secured the requisited capital from a Family Office and private investors, as well as initiated the preparations for a upcoming Series-B round.
