Copenhagen Corporate Finance has served as the exclusive financial advisor to AidanN in connection with the successfully completed capital increase from a new seed investor.

AidanN's ambition is to establish an investment fund that will invest in the general U.S. stock market through equities included in the Standard & Poor's 500 stock index. The goal is to deliver positive annual returns while providing protection through limited losses in a declining market. AidanN employs artificial intelligence (AI) in the analysis of stocks, as well as in the selection, composition, and management of the portfolio.

Over the past few years, AidanN has developed investment models where stocks are selected and investment decisions are made based on quantitative analyses rooted in advanced self-learning algorithms (artificial intelligence). The use of artificial intelligence enables the fund to continuously analyze vast amounts of market data. Portfolio composition is determined by exposures and allocations based on historical standard deviations and the theory of optimal portfolios.

The capital raised has provided the foundation for technical development and readiness for the establishment of a new Danish hedge fund.
