Copenhagen Corporate Finance has acted as a trusted advisor to 3C GROUPS in their divestment of 3C Odense Erhvervspark A/S to Coop Danmark A/S, hereby handling the day-to-day coordination with the broker and others.
3C Odense Erhvervspark is a real estate company consisting primarily of a modern logistics center of 72,400 m². It is located in Odense along the European E20, which is in the middle of the transport corridor between the Triangle region and Copenhagen.
The anchor tenant and buyer is Coop. From the logistics center, Coop distributes both groceries and nonfood to most of Denmark. Odense Nonfood Center was built in 2008-10, and Coop has been a tenant since 2009. The logistics center was expanded in 2012.
In addition to Coop, the current tenants are Roulunds Breaking, Desmi Ro-Clean, Roulunds Energy, Raunstrup and 3C GROUPS.
It is a significant transaction in the danish logistics segment, and Copenhagen Corporate Finance has played a key role in conducting the beauty contest among brokers, selecting potential buyers in the bidding process and providing support during due diligence ensuring the right decision-making process for 3C GROUPS.
